The AI will provide a customized diet plan and exercise routine to help them achieve their fitness goals. I have used LLM API that helps to generate the customized diet plan and exercise routine based on the user's input.
The app takes a holistic approach to fitness by combining biometric calculations with AI-generated personalized recommendations. Users receive detailed meal plans and workout schedules tailored specifically to their body type, goals, and lifestyle preferences, making professional fitness planning accessible to everyone.
